Libya: An Obama Foreign Policy Success?

Obama has been touting his belated participation in the action initiated by Europe against Qaddafi's regime in Libya as a foreign policy success (see, for example: http://www.armytimes.com/news/2011/10/ap-on-tonight-show-obama-touts-libya-success-102611/). A success? The new government in Libya is arguably more radical than that of Qadaffi (see: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/africaandindianocean/libya/8861608/Libya-Al-Qaeda-flag-flown-above-Benghazi-courthouse.html), and advanced weaponry from Qaddafi's arsenals has gone missing. Moreover, shoulder-to-air missiles from Libya have been brought through the tunnels from Egypt into Gaza (see: http://abcnews.go.com/Blotter/missing-libya-missiles-find-gaza-border/story?id=14729363).

A more recent, graphic depiction of Obama's "success" in Libya? Did you see the video of Libyans, purportedly agitated by the accidental burning of Korans in Afghanistan, vandalizing the graves of US World War II soldiers at the Benghazi Military Cemetery?
